To better understand the journey Australians are now taking on their path to purchase – from where they collect their information, to the effectiveness of increasingly popular digital catalogues and the true impact of inflation — ShopFully commissioned Nielsen Media Analytics to conduct a survey of 1,198 Australians. The research explores a range of retail categories, shedding light on the specific dynamics at play within each and seeks to offer valuable insights into the evolving behaviour of Australian consumers, in the face of changing economic conditions.
