The platform is accessible at the following url: https:\/\/whistleblowing.shopfully.com. <a href=\"https:\/\/shopfully.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Shopfully-EN_Guidelines-WB-platform_2025.pdf\">Guidelines<\/a> illustrating the operating methods for filling in the report have also been drawn up, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/shopfully.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Shopfully-EN_Privacy-Notice-WB_2025.docx.pdf\">Privacy Notice<\/a> pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (\u201cGDPR\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shopfully GmbH has adopted this <a href=\"https:\/\/shopfully.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Shopfully-GmbH_WB-Procedure.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">procedure<\/a>.
