SHOPFULLY MARKETING, S.L.U. with registered office at Plaza Pau Vila, 1 Edificio Palau de mar (Local 4B) (hereinafter \u201cShopfully\u201d), is constantly committed to protecting the privacy of all those who take part in events organized by it (the \u201cEvents\u201d or individually, the \u201cEvent\u201d). This document (the \u201cNotice\u201d) has been prepared in order to help you understand how your Personal Data, as defined below, will be processed in connection with your participation in the Events and to allow you to provide explicit and informed consent to the processing activities described below, if you so choose. In general, any information or Personal Data you provide to Shopfully will be processed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Shopfully, as identified at the beginning of this Notice, is the Data Controller with regard to all Personal Data processed in the context of the Events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Personal Data Subject to Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In order to allow you to participate in the Event, as specified in Section 3 below, Shopfully will process your contact details, namely your first and last name, email address, and phone number, as well as your job title and the company you belong to. Furthermore, audiovisual recordings and photographic images will be taken by individuals appointed by Shopfully during the Events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By means of the authorization you can find here<\/strong><\/a> (\u201cAuthorization\u201d), you may allow Shopfully to use your image and voice (the \u201cImage\u201d). By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you are aware that Shopfully may use your Image for the purposes outlined in Section 3 below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that Shopfully will process your personal data as specified under item a) below (hereinafter referred to simply as \u201cPersonal Data\u201d). The Personal Data processed are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Name, Contact Details, and Other Personal Data: <\/strong>by participating in the Event, you will provide Shopfully with Personal Data such as, by way of example, your first and last name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name, and possibly your Image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Special Data<\/strong>: considering that Shopfully will also organize a catering service through third parties during the Event, Shopfully will process information relating to any allergies or intolerances to certain foods. Such data belongs to special categories of personal data pursuant to Article 9.1 of the GDPR (\u201cSpecial Data\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. Purpose of Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Shopfully will use your Personal Data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
