IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist for our Performance Marketing Team. You will drive performance on Programmatic Campaigns by helping key Advertisers and Agencies to reach their business goals.
As a Programmatic Specialist you will:
• Coordinate the life circuit of advertising campaigns, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, implementing campaign schedules, monitoring campaign progresses, solving possible issues, all the way to delivery
• Introduce and drive optimization and campaign management approaches on Programmatic Campaigns
• Help enhance media management and optimization workflows
• Partner effectively with in-market sales teams and scaled delivery teams to deliver against customer objectives
• Develop and apply knowledge of advertising industry trends and synthesize with customer objectives in creating and delivering media solutions

SKILLS WE’RE SEARCHING FOR

• At least 2 years of experience managing Programmatic campaigns, online measurement, operations, advertisement networks, Demand Side Platforms, digital video, and programmatic media. Deep knowledge of Google Display & Video 360 and Adform is a strong plus.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results.
• Ability to successfully navigate/influence in a business environment, and manage multiple/simultaneous projects.
• A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
• Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
• Proficiency in Italian and English. Spanish is a plus.

OTHER ABILITIES THAT WILL WIN OUR HEART

• Knowledge of SSPs.
• Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads solutions for display and video. Knowledge of Social Media Ads platforms is a plus.
