IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and eager to have a strong impact, who will have the role of Key Account Manager and will support us to scale up the business in France.

Reporting to the Country Manager France, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep and wide knowledge of the assigned accounts, understanding their priorities and needs in order to turn them into business opportunities
  • Anticipating clients’ needs and developing suitable solutions to clients, in collaboration with other departments (mainly Product & Marketing)
  • Based on long term relationship with client, acting as an advisor on market trends
  • Constantly monitoring clients satisfaction and working with vertical Sales Directors and the whole Sales Team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

SKILLS WE’RE SEARCHING FOR

  • Solid experience in the commercial area within digital companies
  • Deep knowledge of retail business and marketing dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong analytical skills and use of insight to drive decision making in the sales process
  • Great ability to manage priorities, assertiveness and personal drive
  • Native level of French and fluency in English
