ShopFully represents for millions of consumers one of the main one-stop-destinations where shopping begins (in Italy, after only Amazon and Ebay!). As a SEO Specialist you will be in charge of leading and executing growth hacking initiatives across the marketplaces owned by ShopFully (DoveConviene, VolantinoFacile, PromoQui, Tiendeo), with a strong focus on the growth of our B2C audience on both mobile apps and websites.

SEO Specialist is a critical role for our success so we are looking for entrepreneurial people with a true passion for mobile and Internet services.

Working closely to our Product Director, you will be in charge of:

  • Identifying new ideas and strategies to support the growth of marketplaces in terms of unique users and sessions, and in general to attract more consumers on our services
  • Monitoring direct and extended competition, by identifying insights and growth strategies
  • Defining and analyzing metrics, KPIs and funnels that inform the success of all your initiatives (we are a data-driven company)
  • Synthesizing insights from user research, internal and external meetings, use data and feedback from other areas of the company to prioritize improvements and new marketing or product ideas


  • Strong experience on SEO, gained in leading publisher companies or consultancy companies and specialized SEO agencies;
  • In depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates, aimed at the growth of unique users and traffic;
  • Demonstrated track record in SEO management of websites, directly or as a dedicated consultant;
  • High business sensitivity and knowledge particularly related to KPIs and metrics of digital advertising: impressions, CTR, CPC, viewability, etc.
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of written and oral English is mandatory (this is an international role). Spanish is a plus
