ShopFully, the European tech company leader in Drive to Store, accelerates its growth in Iberia, LATAM and South Africa with the launch of best-in-class digital solutions for retailers and brands.
As the digitization of local shopping and trade marketing accelerates across all markets, Tiendeo, the Drive to Store platform specialized in the digitalization of promotional offers, is set to operate under the ShopFully brand in Iberia, LATAM and South Africa.
In April 2022, ShopFully acquired 100% of Tiendeo creating a combined group with teams in 12 countries, a network of 45 million active users and over 400 partners among major retailers and best-known brands globally, including Auchan and Coca-Cola.
ShopFully aims to reinvent local shopping around the world by connecting millions of online shoppers with the physical stores around them and boosting local sales. As a result of the acquisition, the group is expanding its range of services in Iberia, LATAM and South Africa to offer new and innovative Drive to Store solutions, supporting retailers and brands in the transition to digital.
While Tiendeo local subsidiaries will be now operating as ShopFully, Tiendeo’s consumer app and website, which helps users save time and money when shopping in nearby stores, will continue to use the Tiendeo name.
