In accordance with the implementing rules of the EU Directive 2019/1937 concerning “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law”, Shopfully S.p.A., along side with its subsidiaries, and Shopfully GmbH, have adopted a specific procedures for the management of reports of unlawful conducts (whistleblowing) that provides for the use of an IT platform for sending and receiving such reports.
In detail, Shopfully S.p.A. and its subsidiary Shopfully Marketing S.L.U. and the latter’s French commercial branch Shopfully Marketing (Shopfully France) adopted this procedure. The platform is accessible at the following url: https://whistleblowing.shopfully.com. Guidelines illustrating the operating methods for filling in the report have also been drawn up, as well as the Privacy Notice pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
